Flange blind plate is a kind of disk-shaped parts, which is the most common in pipeline engineering. Flanges are used in pairs. At present, taking the flange blind plate standard as an example, the commonly used standards include national standard (GB), machinery industry standard (JB), petrochemical industry standard (SH) and chemical industry standard (Hg).
These standards have their own temperature pressure gauge, sealing surface size and connecting pipe size, which have poor interchangeability, and some can not even be used together.

In pipeline engineering, flange blind plate is mainly used for pipeline connection. A flange plate shall be installed for various pipelines to be connected. Threaded flanges can be used for low-pressure pipelines, and welded flange blind plates can be used for pressure above 4kg.
A sealing point shall be added between the two flange blind plates, and then fastened with bolts. Flange blind plates with different pressures have different thicknesses and use different bolts.
When pumps and valves are connected with pipes, parts of these equipment are also made into corresponding flange shapes, also known as flange connection.
All connecting parts that are closed at the same time by using bolts on the periphery of two planes. Flange blind plate can show a good role and value in a certain field and industry, and give full play to a certain role. It needs to constantly produce a certain function and value. It has certain performance and advantages in pipeline connection, and plays an important value and trend.
