When machining large-scale flange, the bottom plate shall be adjusted downward and clamped on the vertical lathe workbench, the elbow flange shall be installed manually, and the large end flange shall be fixed with bolts and supporting plate to ensure that the flange processing surface and the vertical lathe workbench are concentric and parallel before cutting. When machining the small end flange, the bottom plate of the tooling shall be downward and clamped on the working platform of the vertical lathe. After the back of the small end flange and the small support plate are tightened, the small end flange and the small support plate shall be fixed with bolts, so as to cut the small flange. The verticality of F304 Pipe Fitting Forged Stainless Steel Weld Neck Flange shall be ensured during cutting and alignment.
