Weld neck flange note and weld quality

　　The weld strength shall be at least the strength of the parent material. The weld surface is smooth and smooth, without burning, stoma, welding leakage, slag inclusion, undercut, unsoldered, etc. The remaining height is less than 2mm.

　　Matters needing attention

　　1. Make sure to use J506 welding rod for manual surfacing and small current welding. Strictly follow the welding process.

　　2. After each weld neck flange position, the deformation amount of the flange plane should be used with a horizontal ruler.

　　3. Weld the Weld neck flange side with the hammer hammer to eliminate the stress.
