After I checked with the 10010 auto service. there the SIM card name is a Chinese. and he asked to stop service. the foreigner said there sure have lots of money in the SIM card. Because of language gap 110 can not help. So do not buy SIM card on the street !! Or you may lost your money. If we are not by air, and have time I do can help him to call 110 then solve everything for him. At least we can change the name of that card we continue to use. or put that bad man in the hell.
