China goods have it’s own characters

　　For years, China is always widely known as China Made. When you mention china made. The first idea is price good. Compare with the advance country’s products. China goods have it’s own characters. We are carbon steel flanges manufacture. So I will  use carbon steel elbow to study this question.

　　1. Material. The international material is ASTM A234 WPB. It is a kind of carbon steel. But in China there is no this description. So we have to use the similar material to instead. According to the chemical and mechanical there have two type material can instead wpb. That is 20# and Q235. This two materials of course using 20# is more comfortable and exact. Q235 is also accepted by the customers.

　　2. Tolerance. According to the using on spot, China products is ok, the tolerance is within the international standard but not as good and exact than the advance country. And the using life is as long as expected.

　　3. The weakness for China products is that the outlook is not good. Recent years, clients care the surface, especially the clients form Korea and Japan. So China factory had been tried to care it.
